Events

These are, in my case, “author talks” given at libraries – which are more accessible to up-and-coming writers because of not being driven by filthy lucre as are the bookstores. There remain some libraries, unfortunately, that hold the same view as the bookstores’ – that they’re uninterested in an author who is unknown (personally, I find it amusing but also unforgivable that any library could see itself as a promulgator of celebrity) … However, on a far happier note, I can tell you that those at which I’m giving my author talks fall into the category of the next sentence.

The libraries thus far scheduling me in have been delighted and delightful; and the list below is not complete – there’s another group of 6 or 7 that should be starting up some time around September.
