Yeah, it’s on again – me moving.

Showing you that I shot from my balcony.

And that is the latest version. Doubt it’s the final one.

The full intersection: Elizabeth Street, Victoria Street and the beginning of Leicester Street – luverly, isn’t it ? There’s no end to the construction, it seems. You may begin to comprehend why I turn once more to my (other) hobby – moving.
I will keep you updated, regardless of the fact that you haven’t the slightest wish to have that happen .. and, in fact, will avert your eyes from updating posts. I am relentless: I SHALL UPDATE.
[grin]
Oh nooooooooooooooooo.

You must be more specific in letting me know to what your reaction is, Amanda – a groan of sympathy or of “not again ?!”. [grin]

The latter M-R but don’t tell me you were befuddled by my comment. You should know me by now.

Alas ! – the Amanda I know would not be so heartless ..

Not heartless, but she had been known to be edgy!!

Heartless is someone who could look at what’s all around me and yet be irritated by my wanting to be elsewhere.

Well that is not me! I can empathize with you wanting to move, but worry that with each move you are going from the frying pan into the fire.

No, I didn’t think it was. And how can I know ? My post-Chic world is characterized by doing as you say, alas !

It is a journey and path you feel compelled to take, be the reason internal or external. If nothing else, it means you are never bored. However, it must mean listing your previous addresses reads like a nomad in crisis.

I’m glad you’ve fessed up now, MR. Moving is your hobby. You clearly love it! And on that basis, because I love hearing about people’s hobbies, I shall read updates!!!

I only say that as a kind of sick joke, Sue. But it sure meets the criteria for a hobby ..

I’ve wondered how that construction project was progressing. And how the move you mentioned might be going. So sorry it’s come to this — unless you were dying to move anyway. Personally I think moving is one of life’s worst tasks and have sworn never to move again. (Assuming I have any say-so in the matter, of course.)

I hadn’t any intention of moving until the end of May next year, when my lease expires and the apartment goes up to some ludicrous price. But over the last 5-6 weeks, Colorado, I can tell you that yes, I am bloody dying to move. But not for moving’s SAKE, you understand.

Sorry to hear that rents there are doing the same thing they’re doing here. It’s verging on criminal.

It’s how the world is now, darlin – consumed by greed. Governments are the same, and none will regulate to bring it to a halt; so we must live with it as best we can. I’m incredibly lucky to have family members from whom I can expect financial help, or I’d be on Queer Street.

[grin] It’s a sound you make when you’re totally disbelieving. You start with your lips loosely together and blow out a bit of air .. Try it ..
Just think of being told by a director that the 6-camera coverage of the master won’t have any cutaways, OK ?

One thing I feel I can say for certain is that you wouldn’t move unless you were finding your current location unlivable! I can’t wait to see where you land. Find a place that supports your peace and well-being! Fingers crossed!

Going to view my favourite so far, this-arvo, Deb: your crossed digits will help, I’m sure.
