Being far more interested in US politics than are you, Sue, “astonishment” simply doesn’t cut it, for me. To have seen everything that has followed Obama breaks my heart.
Thanks for sharing, M-R. I want to scream at all of the GOP and those that still support Trump. It’s funny how there was no outcry by these people about dismantling federal agencies, organizations, firing so many federal employees, and showing the true colors of bigotry and racism until Trump tried to tank the stock market and everyone started to lose their investments. It’s even funnier, but mostly disgusting, that he wants to spend $90 million on a parade for himself when his whole “thing” is about getting rid of government waste. Right now, he is a waste, along with Musk, Vance, Johnson, who are following in his demented sickness. I have lots of words to say, but words aren’t enough. On Monday, I’m going to join my friend and start calling my representatives and congress people to express my distaste in all of this. There are sites that actually offer scripts to use when calling!
